EnergyPro is delighted to have started managing Gorey Solar Farm located in the heart of Ireland’s sunny south-east on behalf of NTR.
EnergyPro will also manage Macallian, a second solar farm which will come on stream shortly creating a combined 21.4Gwh of renewable energy..
In an innovative virtual Corporate Power purchase Agreement, AIB Group will purchase 100% of the solar energy produced by these two farms, helping to ensure that up to 80 per cent of AIB’s estimated electricity needs will be certified to a fully traceable renewable solar energy source.
As part of its management services, EnergyPro’s 24/7 control room will oversee operations at the site, ensuring the projects are safe, well-maintained and producing as much renewable energy as possible.
