We provide a dedicated windfarm manager to act as your single point of contact, ensuring a hassle-free experience.
We manage the site within the annual project budget, maintain plant maintenance records, and oversee planning compliance activities, such as bird and bat monitoring, noise campaigns, shadow flicker monitoring, and TV interference remedial work.
SITE INSPECTIONS
Maximising Long Term Asset Value
Our full scope turbine inspections maintain your assets in excellent condition. Our standard service includes a site asset inspection every three months, annual visual inspection of the tower and nacelle, and coordination of snag completion with the OEM.
We also meet with civil maintenance contractors to agree on site maintenance works.
CONTRACT MANAGEMENT
Providing Hassle Free Ownership
We handle all aspects of technical windfarm management, drawing on our extensive experience managing operational windfarms in Ireland since 1997.
Our contract management services include managing substation, civil works maintenance, and statutory inspections, preparing the annual maintenance budget, providing advice on plant optimization, conducting monthly project team update calls, ensuring compliance with CRU license requirements, managing warranty administration, turbine and BOP maintenance service agreements, energy supplier/off-taker contracts, land leases, easements, and insurance agreements on behalf of the owner.
