Seb Born

Seb recently joined the Asset Management team at EnergyPro, where he focuses on supporting the performance, profitability, and long-term optimisation of solar asset portfolios, while ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and regulatory compliance.

He joins the company from a role in battery energy storage system (BESS) and solar operations & maintenance, where he managed a 170 MW portfolio of BESS assets, gaining valuable hands-on experience across renewable energy operations and asset performance management.

Prior to this, Seb gained valuable experience across the sustainability, legal, and sustainable finance sectors through a range of professional internships and research roles. He has a particular interest in the energy transition, renewable infrastructure, and sustainable investment.

Seb holds a BSc in Chemistry from the University of St Andrews and an MSc in Global Sustainability Solutions from the University of Exeter. He brings a multidisciplinary perspective, strong analytical capabilities, and a commercially focused approach to the EnergyPro team.
