Fergus Roe

Fergus is an experienced operations and engineering leader with over 25 years in the energy sector, spanning offshore wind, solar, battery storage, and oil & gas. His background covers exploration, appraisal, onshore production development, and operations in oil & gas. Before joining EnergyPro, he was Head of Engineering at Source Galileo, overseeing a c.9 GW renewable project development portfolio across IRE/UK/Norway — building strong foundations across the full asset lifecycle.

At EnergyPro, Fergus is Head of Asset Management, leading a c.1 + GW portfolio of onshore wind, solar PV, and BESS across Ireland and the UK. He applies offshore-grade operational discipline to enhance performance, reliability, and long-term value through pragmatic, safety-led, collaborative leadership.
